LEWISTON – The Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce will host a “HR 20/20 Employment Advertising” seminar Thursday, Aug. 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at 415 Lisbon St. Registration begins at 8 a.m.

Jason Blais, director of field operations from JobsInME.com, will help participants focus employment brand to attract the best candidates through job postings. He will discuss ways to hire the right fit for each organization’s culture and discuss all the new, “non-traditional” reasons someone might choose an organization as an employee. This seminar will outline best practices and provide strategies for attracting the best job candidates. We’ll quiz the audience, poll the audience and conduct some breakout groups to actually work on writing job postings.
