FARMINGTON – Octavia is one of the Franklin County Animal Shelter’s princesses.
She was first brought in as a stray in poor shape and a with bob-tail. She went home for a little while with a nice family, who then could no longer take care of her.
Octavia is back at the shelter and is being treated like the princess she is yet again. She is great with children, but is nervous around dogs. While she does get along with other cats, Octavia would prefer to be in a “one-cat” household.
She is non-aggressive and adores attention. Octavia likes to be held and petted on a regular basis. She would be a great companion for an owner who likes to spoil their pets with love and affection.
New dogs at the shelter include a male shepherd mix from New Vineyard, male hound mix from Wilton, male husky mix from Temple, yellow lab mix from Farmington, husky from Livermore and terrier mix from Wilton.
