Graphic Imaging Coordinator
The Sun Journal is looking for an experienced full time Graphic Imaging Coordinator to create and complete page layout and process weekly commercial printing work for various Sun Media publications and commercial customers.
The ideal candidate will have a certificate or diploma in printing technology, experience in prepress and/or graphic arts and be proficient in both PC and Mac platforms. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of computer to plate imagers and workflow software as well as graphic design skills are a must. The ability to process jobs through to outputting and plate making are a plus.
Applicant must have effective communication skills as well as excellent customer relation skills, both orally and written. Time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work creatively and as part of a team is of utmost importance. The ability to work a flexible schedule and work under deadlines are also a plus.
