JAY — Late Friday or early Saturday someone vandalized Clark’s Scrap Metal at 2 Mill St. Police Chief Richard Caton IV said a vehicle on the property was driven around. Damage was estimated at $1,000. Caton said the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Jay Police Department at 207-897-6766.
