1944 – 2016 PORTLAND — John Swanson of Mechanic Falls died Saturday, May 28. He was born in Portland, March 4, 1944, son of Everett and Leona Swanson. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Swanson; daughters, Gloria Folden, Doris Andrews, Leona Heaward; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Thurlow and Judy Swanson.
