Jim Goodwin picks up the game-winner for Rangeley.

RANGELEY- Jim Goodwin corraled a corner kick and booted home the winning goal of the game with four minutes left in regulation to propel Rangeley to a 2-1 EWC boys’ soccer win over Vinalhaven on Saturday.

Trevor Grey converted an assist from James Raymond to pull the Lakers (2-1-1) even.

Carl Groff scored the lone goal for the Vikings (1-1-1).

Mtn. Valley 3, Lisbon 2

RUMFORD – Mountain Valley’s Zach Martin scored the game-winner in double overtime to lead the Falcons to a 3-2 MVC victory over Lisbon. Pat Haynes and Byron Glaus each scored a goal for the Falcons (1-1), while Corey Wilson picked up the win in goal.

Jon Charette and Nate Osmond scored a goal apiece for the Greyhounds (0-3).
