LEWISTON – The wedding of Cynthia Lynn Bussiere and Eric Paul Beauchesne was held at 10 a.m. on Oct. 25 at St. Joseph’s Church. The Rev. Michael Seavey officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Beauchesne is the daughter of Ray and Polly Bussiere of Canton. Mr. Beauchesne is the son of Paul and Debra Beauchesne of Lewiston.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an antique white sleeveless gown with fitted bodice, embroidered lilac flowers throughout the gown and a headpiece created with pearls and crystals of light lilac stones supported her floor-length veil. She carried a bouquet of Stargazer lilies with lilac roses and ivy.

Jennifer Redmun was maid of honor for her best friend and bridesmaids were Carla McNally, Marci Skillings and Leisa Healy, sisters of the bride, and Dolly Evans, college roommate of the bride. Junior bridesmaids were Dyana Healy and Shannon Skillings, nieces of the bride, and flower girl was Katie Skillings, niece.

Serving as best man was Barry Beauchesne, brother of the bridegroom, and ushers were Stephen Skillings, brother-in-law of the bride, Lee Morin and Jason Kennedy, friends of the bridegroom, and Joe Biron, cousin of the bridegroom. Junior groomsmen were Adam Healy and Sean McNally, nephews of the bride, and ring bearer was Kyle Skillings, nephew.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn, after which the couple traveled on a cruise in the Eastern Caribbean. They are residing in Hebron.

The bride received a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Maine in Lewiston-Auburn. She is self-employed at O.T. to Play.

The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Norwich University and is employed at Harry Nason Plumbing and Heating in Auburn.
