LIVERMORE – The wedding of Norma Jean Willis and Kevin Lee Jackman was held at 4 p.m. on May 1 at the Norlands Living History Center Church. Charlene M. Allen, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Jackman is the daughter of Roland J. Willis of Poland and the late Josephine Wills. Mr. Jackman is the son of Berchard and Sue Jackman of North Jay and Bruce and Frances Millhench of Canyon County, Calif.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory colored gown with rum pink flowers with pearls and train and a pearl and crystal headpiece, with hand-sewn pearls, supporting her ivory colored veil. All the flowers were made by the bride and her friend, Terry Mears and consisted of white roses with ivy.

Corrine Clavet, friend of the bride, was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Heather Legere, daughter of the bride, Amanda Jackman, daughter of the bridegroom, Noreen Coolidge, Michele Wills and Joyce St. Laurent, sisters of the bride, and Donna Spencer, sister-in-law of the bride. Rachel Read, daughter of the bride, was the flower girl.

Serving as best man for his brother was David Jackman and ushers were Brett Philbrick, Michael Lesko and Kevin Timberlake, friends of the bridegroom, Kenneth Wills and Dale Spencer, brothers of the bride, and Christopher Jackman, son of the bridegroom. Tyler Gordon, son of the bride, was the ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Boofy Quimby Memorial Center in North Turner, after which the couple traveled to Moosehead Lake in Greenville. They are residing in Livermore.

The bride attended Livermore Falls schools and graduated from Mt. Blue High School in 1987. She also attended NOVA Region 9 truck driving school.

The bridegroom is a 1985 graduate of Livermore Falls High School and is employed at International Paper Company in Jay.
