LIVERMORE – The wedding of Amanda Jean Tracy and Shawn Dennis Brewster was held at 5 p.m. on May 15 at the Norlands Chapel. Laurie Kelley, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Brewster is the daughter of Guy and Jaylene Tracy of North Turner. Mr. Brewster is the son of Dennis and Julie Brewster of Lexington.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white gown with train and carried a bouquet of bluebird and cream roses.

Attending as maid of honor was the sister of the bride, Andrea Tracy. Bridesmaids were Betsy Pratt, cousin of the bride, and Jessica Timberlake and Heather Ann Nadeau, friends of the bride. Emily Poulin, cousin of the bridegroom, was the flower girl.

Jody Nichols, cousin of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man and ushers were Kristopher Brewster, brother of the bridegroom, Jim Stevens, cousin of the bridegroom, and Scott Woodcock, friend of the bridegroom.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn, after which the couple traveled to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. They are residing in Hartford.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and attended the University of New England at Biddeford. She received her master’s degree in physical therapy and is employed at Rehab Works as a physical therapist.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Carribec High School and attended Eastern Maine Technical College in Bangor, where he received a degree in welding and pipe fabrication. He is employed at Abington Inc. Construction Co.
