RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Derek Bourgoin, 24, Sabattus, charged with failure to display an ATV registration number on Aug. 14, waived, fined $100.

Jason A. Capponi, 20, Carthage, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle on June 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Paul A. Flamand, 47, Conventry, R.I., charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 22, waived, fined $100.

Matthew L. Harding, 25, Canton, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on March 19, transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth A. Luce, 58, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on July 16, sent to jury trial.

Naomi Louise Patrie, 45, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on July 3, sent to jury trial.

William A. Pressley, 74, Wilton, charged with littering on Aug. 6, waived, fined $100.

Paul A. White, 23, Peru, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 29, waived, fined $100.

Shealee Barker, 20, Jay, charged with transportation of liquor by a minor and transportation of drugs by a minor on July 10, first charge adjudicated, fined $200 and license suspended for 30 days; second charge dismissed.

Michael P. Bellancreau, 40, Greenwood, charged with failing to make an oral or written accident report on July 27, found guilty, fined $250.

Dianne L. Berube, 26, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on July 1, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul M. Bouchard, 22, Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 17, found guilty, fined $200.

Sandra L. Boudreau, 42, Roxbury, charged with operating an ATV under the influence on Aug. 2, found guilty, fined $400.

Angela Brown, 19, Rumford, charged with allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 21, found guilty, fined $400.

Jeremy Byron, 29, Rumford, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on July 10, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 48 hours.

Sean P. Byron, 23, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana on July 9, adjudicated, fined $200.
