• Sept. 28 – Cars driven by Laura Tuttle, 19, of Rumford, and Tina O’Leary, 41, of Rumford, collided on Waldo Street. Damage to Tuttle’s 2000 Ford Focus was estimated at $4,000; to O’Leary’s 1988 Isuzu Trooper, $1,000.

• Melissa Newcomb, 22, of Rumford, on charges of possession of a prescription narcotic (Hydrocodone) and acquiring drugs by deception, on Sept. 20.
