• Nov. 26, 11 a.m. – A shooting complaint on the Isthmus Road involving juveniles. The matter was turned over to Maine Warden Brock Clukey.
• Nov. 26 – Urquhart Street resident complained that someone egged his car and truck during the overnight; Penobscot Street resident reported that someone dumped jelly on her car during the overnight.
• Nov. 25 – Criminal mischief complaint filed by a Wyman Hill Road resident is under investigation. No further details available.
• Nov. 25, 1:10 p.m. – A Plymouth Avenue resident reported that someone burglarized her car and possibly stole about $10 in change.
• Nov. 24, 2:22 p.m. – A complaint was received about an intoxicated pedestrian kicking doors of parked cars on Waldo Street. Shortly after police cleared the scene, the pedestrian was seen driving a vehicle. Arrested was Lucia A. Hastings, 40, of Rumford, on a charge of operating after suspension, habitual offender status, at 2:45 p.m. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.
• Nov. 24, 6:46 a.m. – A car-utility pole collision that occurred earlier that morning on Route 232 was reported. An inoperable car was left behind along with the pole, which was broken in half. No driver was found. The incident remains under investigation.
• Nov. 21, 5:54 p.m. – Minor property damage resulting from a car-deer collision on Route 108.
• Nov. 20, 10:56 p.m. – A Somerset Street resident reported that someone had broken into his house. The suspect or suspects had fled the scene before police arrived. Nothing appeared to have been taken.
• Nov. 18, 3:35 p.m. – A Prospect Avenue resident reported that a fence was vandalized. Damages were estimated at $100. There is a possible suspect in the case, which remains under investigation.
• Nov. 17, 5:05 a.m. – Gunshots were reported heard about five minutes apart as coming from the vicinity of a bog area near the intersection of Spruce Street and Holyoke Avenue. No vehicles or suspicious subjects were located.
• Nov. 16, 6:50 p.m. – A Rumford resident reported that his prescription medication had been stolen from a duffel bag while he was at a party. There are no suspects.
• Nov. 16, 1:30 p.m. – A representative from a local non-profit organization reported that discrepancies, possibly criminal, had been found in some of their bookkeeping accounts.
Arrests
All of the following are to be arraigned on Jan. 4 in Rumford District Court:
• Allen Scott Mason, 27, of Bethel, on charges of disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest, on Nov. 26. He was released on personal recognizance bail.
• Joseph Belskis, 36, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under suspension (second offense), at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 25 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
• Keagan I. McDonough, 23, of Portland, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 25 on Railroad Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
• William J. Cormier, 49, of Rumford, on a Portland District Court warrant for failure to appear on a driving to endanger charge, at 12:13 p.m. on Nov. 23 at the police station on River Street. He was transported to Oxford County jail in Paris.
• A 16-year-old Mexico boy, on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of reckless conduct with an all-terrain vehicle, at 1:30 p.m. He was released on $250 cash bail.
• Christopher E. Field, 24, of Rumford, on a Rumford District Court warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of sexual abuse of a minor, at 8:51 a.m. on Nov. 22. He was transported to Oxford County jail.
• Steven Roberts, 40, of Milton Township, on a charge of operating under the influence (second offense), at 6:10 p.m. on Nov. 21 on Route 232. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.
• Jeremy M. Byron, 29, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to pay fines for habitual offender status, at 2:40 p.m. on Nov. 20 on Waldo Street. He was released on $105 cash bail.
• April Coin, 22, of Rumford, on a charge of operating without a license, at 1:55 p.m. on Nov. 20 on Falmouth Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.
• Eric Tidswell, 28, of Peru, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 on Wyman Hill Road. He was released on $200 unsecured bail.
• Michael A. McArthur, 44, of Rumford, on warrants for failure to pay fines on a charge of operating after suspension and failure to pay fines on charges of operating after suspension and operating under the influence, at 3:09 p.m. on Nov. 18 on Rangeley Place. He was transported to Oxford County jail.
• William F. Scott, 28, of Clinton, Mass., on Rumford District Court warrants for failure to pay fines on a charge of operating under the influence, failure to appear on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, and failure to register a motor vehicle, at 12:20 p.m. on Nov. 16 on River Street. He was transported to Oxford County jail.

• A 16-year-old Peru boy, on a charge of aggravated trafficking in Schedule Z drugs, on Nov. 22 at Mountain Valley High School on Hancock Street.
