Shared parental rights for two children with the primary residence with the mother. The plaintiff was granted permission to change her name to Fernanda Melo.

Dawn M. Moniz, Mexico, and Jeffrey P.E. Moniz, Ajax, Ont. They were married on March 28, 2002, in Toronto; divorced Jan. 5. Shared parental rights for one child with the primary residence with the mother. The plaintiff was granted permission to change her name to Dawn Arsenault.

Christine Donahue, Dixfield, and Stephen G. Donahue, Dixfield. They were married on July 14, 1984 in Westbrook; divorced Jan. 5. Shared parental rights for two children with the primary residence with the mother.

Martin A. White, Dixfield, and Michele L. White, Dixfield. They were married on Aug. 23, 1997 in Rumford; divorced Jan. 10. Shared parental rights for two children with the primary residence with the mother.

Sarah J. Burgess, Rumford, and Gregory A. Burgess, Rumford. They were married on May 10, 1980, in Rumford; divorced Jan. 10. Shared parental rights for one child with the primary residence with the father.

Kimberly S. Ward, Bethel, and Lawrence J. Ward Sr., Auburn. They were married on Aug. 25, 2002; divorced Jan. 11. The plaintiff was granted permission to change her name to Kimberly Poulin.
