RUMFORD – The Historical Society Museum at the former Lufkin School in Rumford Center now has track lights to directly light the artifacts. There are many items in use the early 1900s on display. The museum is open every Saturday during the summer. Members of the Historical Society will staff the building as volunteers.

MEXICO – Women’s Social for Stephens High Class of 1956 will meet on at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, at Dick’s Restaurant. For more information, call Muriel Shurtleff at 562-7550.
Class lunch
MEXICO – The monthly luncheon for the Stephens High School Class of 1945 will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, at Dick’s Restaurant. Call Connie at 346-8785 for reservations.
Registrations
MEXICO – Registration is being taken for the area youth cheerleading, tumbling and dance camp for grades kindergarten through eighth.
The camp will take place Monday through Friday, July 11 to 15, at the Mountain Valley Middle School gym.
Grades kindergarten through fifth will meet from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and sixth through eighth from 10:30 to noon.
Instructors will be Linda Burns, cheering and stunts; Louanne Thibodeau, tumbling; Susan Everett, tumbling; Stephanie Jacques, dance.
