The following are to be arraigned on Oct. 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Robert Chapman, 27, Hanover, operating under the influence, second offense, 1:25 a.m. Aug. 11 on Route 2.

• Donald Roy, 41, Bethel, operating under the influence, second offense, 11:25 p.m. Aug. 10 on Route 2. He was released on $100 cash bail. Roy was also summoned on charge of possession of marijuana.

• Eric Richard, 30, Jay, domestic assault, 8:55 p.m. Aug. 10 on Waldo Street. He failed to post $200 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris. Richard was also summoned on charges of simple assault and criminal mischief.

• Robert C. True, 48, Mexico, operating under the influence, 9 p.m. Aug. 10 on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $200 cash bail.

• Ruth Labrecque, 45, Rumford, domestic assault, 1:50 a.m. Aug. 10 on Oxford Avenue. She was released on $500 unsecured bail. She was also summoned on charge of obstructing the report of a crime or injury.

• Francine Whittemore, 39, Mexico, operating under the influence, 12:30 a.m. Aug. 10 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• John R. Ronan Sr., 80, operating after suspension, 9 a.m. Aug. 9 on Route 2. He was taken to Oxford County Jail.

• Davis J. Cooper, 40, West Bethel, operating under the influence, 12:10 a.m. Aug. 9 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
