LEWISTON – The YWCA of Central Maine, 130 East Ave., hosts a coffee and tour event every second Wednesday of the month as a way of familiarizing the community with the programs, facility and services available.
There is no need to register. The tours are free to the public. Those interested in having a tour and more information about the YWCA are asked to gather in the main lobby of the building at 8 a.m. where there will be coffee and goodies available. The group will tour the building, learn more about the mission of the YWCA and the programs available locally.
The coffee and tour events are not fundraisers. Tour dates for the winter are Feb. 14, March 14 and April 11. The event, including tour of the facility, lasts no longer than an hour.
