LEWISTON – Sgt. Marc R. Robitaille will be the speaker at the Holy Cross Seniors meeting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, at Holy Cross Church Hall.

A graduate of the University of Maine and the police academy, he is pursuing a master’s degree in leadership at St. Joseph’s College of Maine.

Having been with the Lewiston Police Dept. for the last 18 years, he has been assigned several positions within the department, most recently as a detective in the Criminal Investigations Division.

The focus of his presentation will be on safety tips for seniors as well as answering questions from the audience.

All seniors, as well as anyone who has contact with the elderly, are invited to attend. A social time will follow and a light lunch will be served.
