FARMINGTON – SAD 9 has announced its kindergarten registration dates as follows:

Wednesday, April 1, 2 to 4 p.m., Cape Cod Hill School, New Sharon.

Tuesday, April 14, 2 to 5 p.m., Cushing School, Wilton, by appointment.

Wednesday, April 29, noon to 5 p.m., Mallett School, by appointment.

At registration, parents will need their child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, a recent photo and filled-out parental questionnaire and medical history forms.

If a child is age 5 on or before Oct. 15, and parents have questions, they should call Bernadette Wallace as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet.

Parents who wish to register their children at Mallett or Cushing schools also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett School, 778-3529; Cushing School, 645-2442.
