DURHAM — Bryce Hamilton of Durham, a sales associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, was ranked among the top real estate professionals in the country based on sales in 2008.
Hamilton, who works in the Portland office, was named one of the top 100 sales associates by transaction sides, according to The Wall Street Journal/LORE magazine’s Top 400 Real Estate Professionals.
Hamilton has more than 29 years experience. In 2008, he was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award, an honor granted to less than 1 percent of approximately 105,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
He is also an active member of the real estate community; he has served on the Portland Board of REALTORS® and as an instructor for Maine real estate licensure courses.
