WALES — Lakeside Chapter 60, Order of the Eastern Star, elected the following officers at the March annual meeting:

Worthy matron, Lucille Bauer, past matron; worthy patron, Stanton Leighton, past patron and grand representative of North Dakota in Maine; associate matron, Sonia Woodrum; associate patron, Rodney L. Woodrum, past patron.

Also, secretary, Violet Gerber, past matron; treasurer, Clarinda Andrews, past matron; conductress, Elizabeth Leighton, past matron; associate conductress, Cynthia Holbrook, past matron.

Selected to fill other offices were: chaplain, Edward Webber, past patron; marshal, Brett Jervis; Adah, Ruth Wheeler, past matron; Esther, Jocelyne Jervis; Martha, Arlene Witherell, past matron; Electa, Judy Bourget, past matron; warder, F. Jordan Witherell, past patron; sentinel, Yvonne Winslow, past matron.

The Finance Committee members elected to serve were: Yvonne Winslow, Ruth Wheeler and F. Jordan Witherell.

A stated meeting and installation of officers will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, at the Masonic Hall, 322 Centre Road.

The installing suite will be composed of: installing matron, Betty J. Perkins, past matron, Pine Cone Chapter 26, Auburn; installing patron, Stephen Broas, past patron, Pine Cone Chapter; installing marshal, Sandra Dunlap, past matron, district deputy grand matron of District 4; installing chaplain, Ellen Broas, past matron, Pine Cone Chapter; installing organist, Eleanor Peterson, past matron, Pine Cone Chapter. 

The officers are requested to wear white gowns, tuxedos or dark suits, as appropriate. Officers are reminded to bring finger food for the refreshments.
