Free lunch for seniors

FARMINGTON — A free community senior citizen’s lunch will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Living Waters Assembly of God, 547 Wilton Road. For more information call 645-3120.

Ladies/community breakfast

RANGELEY — The next ladies/community breakfast with everyone invited to attend will be held from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, at Camp Do What You Wanna on Main Street.

A hearty breakfast will be served at their outside area. Bug spray is suggested. Anyone with a special dietary need should call in advance so they can try to accommodate your needs. For more information call 864-3000.

All-ages Bible school

JAY — Vacation Bible School will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. June 25-29 at Cornerstone Baptist Church on Route 17. Classes will be for all ages through adults. Transportation is available.

There will be Bible stories, skits, games and puppets. For more details call 645-4893.

Horse shoe tournament

FARMINGTON — A horse shoe tournament to benefit the Farmington Elks Lodge youth activities will take place Saturday, June 30. Registration will be at 10 a.m., tournament starts at 11.

Cost is $10 per person. The group will be giving back 75 percent in cash prizes for the top three. There is also be a 50/50 drawing and a silent auction of items donated by The Boston Red Sox, Portland Seadogs and local business.
