AUGUSTA — Andrew Silsby, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Kennebec Savings Bank, recently announced the addition of Kevin Healey to the bank’s human resources team.
Healey has been named vice president and chief human resources officer. He will be based in the main office in Augusta and will oversee all human resource activities.
Healey comes to the bank with more than 30 years of experience in human resources and community relations in manufacturing, financial services and health care with a focus on leadership development and strategic management. Most recently he was with St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston where he oversaw the system’s 2,000-plus employees. His specialties include executive coaching, talent development and employee relations.
He holds several certifications, including senior professional in HR, compensation, global remuneration, labor relations and corporate community relations. His past volunteer affiliations include the Androscoggin Chamber of Commerce, Maine Development Foundation and Jobs for Maine’s Graduates.
He and his wife live in Greene.
