Season outlook: Graduation has taken a toll on the Knights the past two years. Poland enters this season with two seniors, and juniors Wiseman and Bernier provide most of the varsity experience. Bernier (2-1, 2.39 ERA, 37 strikeouts in 41 innings as a sophomore) will give the Knights a chance to win any game he starts. There may be early growing pains, but with a large freshman group on the roster, Poland is building a solid foundation for the future.
