PARIS — An Oxford woman denied three felonies Thursday stemming from a reported hit-and-run incident in December 2023.

Amber L. Croteau, 35, pleaded not guilty in Oxford County Superior Court to charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, aggravated leaving the scene of an accident and reckless conduct.
Each of those charges is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.
Croteau also pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of violation of condition of release.
She remains free on $2,500 cash bail after she was booked at Oxford County Jail in Paris.
Her bail includes conditions prohibiting her from having any alcohol for which she can be searched if suspected to have any.
She also is barred from returning to the American Legion Post in Mechanic Falls.
A couple of motions that were filed in the case, including a motion for a speedy trial, will be considered during a June hearing.
Croteau was driving her 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV on Main Street in Oxford near the Oxbow Beer Garden when a male pedestrian was hit and seriously injured Dec. 22, 2023, according to police.
An Oxford police detective and officer detained Croteau at her home, conducted tests for impaired driving.
She was later charged with OUI and other related charges.
Since Croteau had bail conditions for an unrelated felony theft charge at the time of her arrest, she was also charged with violating conditions of release.
