LISBON — Voters on Tuesday passed two bonds and elected three public officials. 

Voters approved appropriating $1.65 million for energy efficiency improvements to the high school, middle school, elementary school and central office, 1,263–770.

The second question asked residents to accepted a $6.54 million loan to cover wastewater improvements. It was approved, 1,350–683.

The 29-year loan at 2.65 percent interest will pay for leaking and failing sewers, improve the Davis Street pump station and the plant’s chlorine contact tank. 

Fernand Larochelle was elected to the Town Council as an at-large member for three years. He received 1,684 votes. 

Roger Bickford was elected as water commissioner for three years with 1,229 votes.  Arthur McLean received 527 votes. 

Ross Cunningham was elected to the School Committee for three years with 731 votes. Kimberly Labbe-Poisson received 567 votes, and Richard Nadeau received 469 votes.
