Massachusetts man indicted in ATV passenger’s death in Coplin Plantation
Mathew Tolman, 27, of Hubbardston, Massachusetts, was driving on a trail near Quill Hill Road in Coplin Plantation when the ATV hit a washout.

David M. Lakin, 72, was indicted on charges of felony gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact, and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful sexually touching between Aug. 20, 2016, and Dec. 31, 2021.
