Auburn’s Mill Street resource center slated for spring completion

Two hospitalized after crash on Route 4 in Auburn
Albert Deschaine, 36, of Peru was traveling north in his 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck when he hydroplaned into oncoming traffic, colliding with a 2022 Toyota SUV driven by James Halliday, 78, of Auburn. Both remain hospitalized, Halliday in critical condition.

Auburn fire crews battle blaze on South Main Street
Crews were called out to 115 South Main St., near the corner at 9th Street, at about 10 p.m. for a report of a working structure fire.
