Makem Demers off to hot start since return to Maine Nordiques’ lineup
Junior hockey: The 20-year-old forward is contributing nearly a point per game since returning from an almost yearlong absence due to a knee injury. He earned honorable mention for NAHL East Division Player of the Week, which was awarded to teammate Cannon Green.
