RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Nicole A. Hebert, 28, Dixfield, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drub on June 3, filed with no cost.

Jerry W. Hubbard, 50, Rumford, charged with terrorizing and violating condition of release on April 29, first charged found guilty, fined $300, second charge dismissed.

Jerry W. Hubbard, 50, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of release on June 14, both charges dismissed.

Heather Jackson, 29, Rumford, charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on April 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first and second charge, all but $75 suspended for each charged, sentenced to 10 hours of community service for each charge.

Norman W. Johnson Jr., 33, Auburn, charged with assault on Sept. 27, 2003, sentenced to 45 days in Oxford County Jail, probation partially revoked.

Howard Jones, 37, Dixfield, charged with trespass by motor vehicle on April 21, dismissed.

Glen A. Knox, 19, Canton, charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates on March 27, found guilty, fined $50, suspended $50.

Glen A. Knox, 19, Canton, charged with possessing marijuana and illegal transportation of drugs by a minor on April 8, first charge dismissed, second charge adjudicated, fined $250, license suspended 30 days.

Patrick Law, 27, Mexico, charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 24, 2001, found guilty, fined $100.

Ryan McDonald, 22, Mexico, charged with cruelty to animals on April 3, charge adjudicated, fined $500.

William A. McKenney, 39, Manlius, N.Y., charged with motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit on June 15, dismissed.

Jason S. McPherson, 19, Rumford, charged with assault, trespass by motor vehicle and driving to endanger on May 1, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 90 days in Oxford County Jail all but 48 hours suspended, probation one year, ordered to pay restitution of $506, found guilty on second charge, fined $100, third charge dismissed.

Jeremy W. Meloling, 30, Manlius, N.Y., charged with motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit, on June 15, dismissed.

Jesse L. Merrill 19, Dixfield, charged with minor consuming liquor on April 20, charge defaulted, fined $250.

Tony J. Merrill, 23, Bethel, charged with possessing marijuana on June 11, charge waived, fined $200.

Richard Musto, 20, Bryant Pond, charged with operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on Jan. 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Marc Noyes, 37, Peru, charged with trespass by motor vehicle and operating vehicle on snowmobile trail on April 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, second charged adjudicated, fined $75.

Erick T. Overgaugh, 29, Manlius, N.Y., charged with motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus over the speed limit on June 15, charge dismissed.

Mark D. Penley, no age or town given, charged with burglary, aggravated assault and terrorizing on May 24, all charges dismissed.

Erica Richardson, 22, Arundel, charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on Aug. 3, charge waived, fined $68.

Todd Ritch, 20, Freedom, charged with minor possessing liquor on July 24, charge waived, fined $200.

Keith Ryerson, 31, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on May 5, charge dismissed.

Keith A. Ryerson, 31, Bethel, charged with operating under the influence on March 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 90 days in Oxford County Jail, all but seven days suspended, stayed, probation one year, license suspended 90 days.

Chandra L. Sanfratello, 25, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on April 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Charles Smallwood, 21, Lewiston, charged with forgery on Jan. 24, 2003, sentenced to nine months in Oxford County Jail, probation revoked.

Daniel L. Smith, 21, Bryant Pond, charged with operating under the influence on June 25, sent to jury trial.

Ryan E. Smith, 23, Dixfield, charged with motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit on April 9, dismissed.

Peter J. Spadea, 30, Mexico, charged with violating condition of release on May 16, dismissed.

Tristan A. Swanson, 21, York, charged with operating after suspension and violating condition of release on April 27, found guilty on first charged, fined $500, sentenced to seven days in Oxford County Jail, stayed, license suspended one year, second charge dismissed.

Rene Therrien, 26, Mexico, charged with operating under the influence on April 24, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours in Oxford County Jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Rene Therrien, 26, Mexico, charged with two counts of assault, operating under the influence-no test, one prior, and operating while license suspended or revoked – OUI, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 100 days in Oxford County Jail all but seven days suspended, probation two years, second and third charge dismissed, found guilty on last charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days in Oxford County Jail, license suspended one year.

Christopher Touchette, 20, Rumford, charged with operating ATV under the influence on June 15, 2001, dismissed, fined $200.

Deborah Ulmer, 50, Canton, charged with assault on April 23, dismissed.

Timothy Allen Vacchiano, 23, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 24, sentenced to 30 days in Cumberland County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Timothy Allen Vacchiano, 23, Rumford, charged with assault on May 31, 2003, sentenced to 30 days in Cumberland County Jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, ordered to pay restitution of $626.
