Big band concert

RUMFORD – A big band swing concert with the Mike Willette Big Band, also featuring local singer Bob Bohren, will be held at 7 p.m., doors opening at 6:30 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 21, in Mountain Valley High School auditorium. Big band standards by Glen Miller, Frank Sinatra, Tommy Dorsey and others will be featured. Advance tickets are available at the Mountain Valley Middle School office for $5, or $6 at the door. All proceeds will benefit the Mountain Valley music department.
