AUBURN – Robin Dow Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 14, at the Alden M. Gayton Post 31, American Legion, 426 Washington St. The board of directors will meet at 10 a.m.

Tickets for the Easter dinner on Wednesday, March 28, to be prepared by Lucien Marcoux, will be on sale for $7. Dues must be paid in order to attend.

There will be a bag lunch and bingo will be played after. There will be the usual raffle table.

Under the direction of President Merry Strout, 62 members attended the meeting Feb. 28. To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Lucy Cowles was master of ceremony for the coronation of the Valentine king, Guy Donahue, and queen, Margaret Merrill. They were crowned by former king and queen Harry Dixon and Hope Telow and were presented gifts.

Trip Chairwoman Evelyn Sawin announced there are four seats available for the trip to Foster’s Lobster Bake, York, on June 22. Reservations must be made early to reserve the bus. Bus fare includes transportation, dinner, entertainment and bingo on the bus. Nonmembers are welcome. Call Sawin at 998-4577 or see her at Robin Dow meetings.

February birthdays were recognized. Attendance prize winners were Pat Donahue and Charlotte Grant; pot of gold, Alwin Strout, Frances Robitaille and Thelma Lever. Following a Valentine lunch prepared by Irving Grant, members played bingo.
