Chesterville voters Thursday night opposed the Central Maine Power New England Clean Energy Connect project and requested that Selectmen submit a letter of opposition to CMP NECEC and Maine’s Public Utilities Commission, Dept. of Environmental Protection and the Land Use Planning Commission.

Pam Harnden, of Wilton, has been a staff writer for The Franklin Journal since 2012. Since 2015, she has also written for the Livermore Falls Advertiser and Sun Journal. Volunteers build dugout for middle school
