Chesterville voters Thursday night opposed the Central Maine Power New England Clean Energy Connect project and requested that Selectmen submit a letter of opposition to CMP NECEC and Maine’s Public Utilities Commission, Dept. of Environmental Protection and the Land Use Planning Commission.

Volunteers build dugout for middle school
Wet weather this spring delayed the building of baseball dugouts at Mt. Blue Middle School, but thanks to volunteers the project is moving forward with one dugout near completion.
